kissing std prabability

me and my ex girlfriend kissed about a month and a half ago and i wanted to know if i could get hpv in the throat from it. I know that everyone is at risk for herpes because about 60% of the population has it, but that is not that big of a deal because it goes away. i havent had any symptoms yet, except sometimes when i wake up the back of my throat is a little sore, but then it goes away whenever im up for about 10 minutes and it comes back the next morning when i wake up. Is this normal? Ive been waking up with it for like 3 days now. sometimes i get this little white thingy where you lift up your tongue and that little piece of skin holding ur tongue. the little white thingy is right there and it barely hurts a little only when i try to get it off. I dont think that it is anything significant because i had one before and it went away like in a couple of days. i just wanna make sure

Sore throat only in the mornings is usually caused by post nasal drip. allergies and the common cold can contribute to that.

you aren't going to get hpv from kissing.  why would you even think that?
