kissing

please please someone help me
a week ago i met a guy off the internet who i had been chatting too on a gay web site
we chatted for an hour or so just before he left we had a kiss and a cuddle nothing more than that
after kissing him i noticed a little lump on his tongue he told me it had been there years
after he had gone i thought to myself what if that is an sti / std
i have been to the clinic and ive had bloods done for hiv syphilis and hep b
but i dont get the results until friday next
i told him of my worries and he said i had hurt him and upset him
and we have had no contact since i have tried phoning him but his phone is off and he has not been on the web site since sunday last
please someone help me as im demented

Kissing is not a risk for HPV.  Its a risk for HSV1, but so many people have that already that you'd just have to avoid kissing to avoid HSV1.  HSV2 is very rarely an oral infection.

CMV can be spread by kissing, but its not considered an std.

Very little risk..almost none. Bumps of the tongue are more commonly cysts and are perfectly benign.

By kissing, CMV(no symptoms), some HPVs, and HSV-1/2 can be trasmitted.

upi can't get anything from kissing. i suggest a theapist to help deal with this anxiety you have.
