losing condom during intercourse

hi doctor,
It was about 5 days ago that i had a sex with a CSW in my country Myanmar. I used a condom and during our intercourse i noticed that my penis was uncovered. As soon as i knew that my penis was uncovered i took a look at my penis and checked, and there was no sign of injuries or bruises. The period was short, lasted for a few seconds (maybe 10, 20 or 30 seconds). I asked her if she had HIV and some other kinds of STDs and also i asked her history of having unprotected sexes. The answer was NO. Then  i used another condom and finished it. After that, i washed my penis for about 10 minutes and there was no signs of inflammation, no pain (when u have a cut or a bruise and wash it  with water , there is a sharping pain), and also no painful urination (showing no signs of uretheral infection). Up to this day, i have no signs such as uretheral discharges or painful urination or some other kinds of inflammation. So, what i want to ask is can i be infected with HIV or other STDs? I had read that the risk is low but i cant ease my mind these days and i also cant sleep. My penis is circumcised and i know that a circumcised penis has a lower risk than an uncircumcised . I dont know what to do.And I want my question answered ASAP and thank u.

this was really low risk in general. Only get tested if you know you won't rest easy until you do.

Let me expand my answer some, being that the duration was short then the risk is low, but still possible.

syphilis-6 weeks
HIV-3 months
herpes-3-4 months.
