yeah if you've got a weak immune system or something.  But seeing that you have internet access (your not a malnourished/livng in poverty) I doubt you have a weak immune system.

Actually most of the time oral gonorrhea clears on it's own. And since you have been treated I would not worry about it at all.

I assume this would come with a bad fever and being untreated for a long period of time

Hey I want apologize you did say, "oral gonorrhea" in your first post.  Just know that we do
re-and double-re-read the post and re-read eachother's answers if someone missed something on these forums.

Untreated ORAL gonorrhea may cause further damage to your throat: e.g. laryngitis, or esophagitis.  The bacteria in there does not get into your blood, if it did you would have noticed, trust me.   For clarity, ORAL gonorrhea does NOT cause things like PID, epididymitis, and prostatitis.

Well yes, now that changes everything.  You are nuts (sorry to say this but good news ahead) and should have told us this.

Oral gonorrhea does NOT lead to PID in women &
Oral gonorrhea does NOT lead to epididymitis and prostatitis in men.

Your going to be alright.  =)

there are other posters so i'm sure they will input what they know. and I'm sure if you had more issues from an oral infection you would be in pain and you would know it by now.

This is information from the CDC as to what untreated gono can do to you.

Untreated gonorrhea can cause serious and permanent health problems in both women and men.

In women, gonorrhea is a common cause of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). About one million women each year in the United States develop PID. The symptoms may be quite mild or can be very severe and can include abdominal pain and fever. PID can lead to internal abscesses (pus-filled “pockets” that are hard to cure) and long-lasting, chronic pelvic pain. PID can damage the fallopian tubes enough to cause infertility or increase the risk of ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy is a life-threatening condition in which a fertilized egg grows outside the uterus, usually in a fallopian tube.

In men, gonorrhea can cause epididymitis, a painful condition of the ducts attached to the testicles that may lead to infertility if left untreated.

Gonorrhea can spread to the blood or joints. This condition can be life threatening. In addition, people with gonorrhea can more easily contract HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. HIV-infected people with gonorrhea can transmit HIV more easily to someone else than if they did not have gonorrhea.
