oral kissing

hi - i had a casual encounter with a guy.  i masturbated him for a few seconds and then kissed and licked the lower part of his shaft a couple of times for a few seconds - nowhere near the head though (next to his balls).  what is the risk here?  i am guessing close to zero but thought i'd check. he came a few seconds after this by his own masturbation.

No, oral sex is not a risk with HIV. Post in the HIV community for more HIV questions.

Gonorrhea-throat swab-1 week
Herpes-sounds like you might have HSV-1 already so you can test in 4 months to see
Syphilis-6 weeks

Herpes questions need to be posted in the herpes community, see the link above.
From giving oral sex...gonorrhea, herpes and syphilis. Syphilis would show in abotu 21 days, gonorrhea will probably not show in the throat and herpes well..cold sore.

I gave a guy oral sex 3 weeks ago. He came in my mouth and then i spat it out.  I kissed another guy on his penis shaft 4 or 5 days ago but did not give fellatio.  Yesterday i noticed cold sore on the corner of my mouth and a dry area in the middle of my lips.  Both are real as opposed to the imaginary symptoms that panic sometimes causes.

HIV seems unlikely in both cases particularly the last case.  So i will get tested for this in a couple of weeks time just to be sure.

What are the other STD risks and when should i get tested for these - ie how long would it takes for oral chlamydia, herpes, syphillis to show up?

Finally am i right in thinking that if i had a caught something that it would be an oral infection only - ie that if i avoid oral contact with a partner but have sex then i am unlikely to pass on anything to them?
