painless ulcer on tongue/sore legs

Heres my situation:
I'm a 21 year old college student and i brought home a 19 year old girl after a party... She gave me unprotected oral sex(i didn't give her oral sex) for probrably 30 seconds and then we had protected vaginal sex. I checked the condom with water and there were no leaks or anything and  it did not come off durring so it was very safe sex. this was about a month ago...The day after I had sore balls(probrably due to blue balls because i didn't ***) and about a week later my legs started to get sore(calves and hamstrings) although i do work out 5 times a week so that could have been a part of it.

Now my legs are still sore and i have developed about 10 to 12 red bumps on my left inner thigh. They do not itch or bother me(this also could have been due to running/exercising)... i looked at my tongue today just because i'm paranoid and there is a sore on each side of my tongue. They are not painful at all and look like a divot and are whitish on the sides. No sores/ itchyness or anything on my penis/balls that i can notice. I also have been feeling a little off, but i'm really stressed because of school and paranoia of thinking I have an STD, and when i don't think about it or relax the feeling goes away.

I went to the doctor 2 weeks after the event and got tested for clamydia and gonorrhea and i also had a testicular ultrasound and all came back negative except 2 testicular head cysts which the doc told me not to worry about.

So my questions:
1. Do I need to see the doctor again?
2. Do I have any std's like syphilis or herpes or something else?
3. I don't think I need to worry about HIV do I?

Please respond soon thanks

Yeah they are largish and are on the same spot on each side...I'm not sure if they are new or not because i don't check out my tongue a whole lot lol. I checked this morning and they are smaller and less profound... Ok well thats reasurring that that is pretty normal. I don't have any flu like symptoms or anything and its been like 5 weeks since the sexual stuff. I think i'm just freaking out over nothing so i'm just gonna take it easy for a week and see what happens...thanks for the comments, just being able to talk to somebody about it feels really good

Thanks

Hi

Regarding specifically the 'sores' on your tongue, if they are large-ish and in roughly the same place on each side, nothing to worry about. Think we've all got em. I know i have!!!

By all means get some tests done, i can understand how important closure is sometimes, but you don't have to worry. Keep using condoms like Grace said and it will stay that way!

Cheers

IMHO in my humble opinion.

Yes, I wouldn't worry about the oral sex. I guess herpes type 1 if she had a cold sore on her lip. But other than that, it's low risk. And if you didn't see anything on her lips, don't worry about it. Really. You may already have type 1 anyway, if you are in the majority.

It helps to put things in perspective, I guess, too. One protected  encounter of intercourse and one unprotected encounter of oral just isn't going to give you a lot of STD bang for the buck. Odds heavily weighted in your favor.

I used to get those white spots on the sides of my tongue occasionally. They were like tiny white pimples. I am negative for HIV so I know they weren't due to that. Looking back, I chalked it up to some weird reaction to carbs/sugar, and since switching to a zero carb diet several years ago, I've never experienced them again.

It's probably not a bad idea to get tested yearly for STDs if you are sexually active. Just to keep up with where you are.

That was quick lol thank you

Yeah I'm not sure whats up with the sores on the tongue... I think I might go get tested for herpes and syphilis anyway...I was more concerned about HIV and thank you for silencing some fears. I figured I'm just being paranoid because unprotected oral is almost no risk for the person recieving oral sex right?
By the way what does IMHO mean?

Thanks again for the quick response

You ran water through the condom...okay, is that what the drill is now on college campuses? Oh, you young people!

1. Do I need to see the doctor again?

No. Not for an STD, anyway. IMHO.

2. Do I have any std's like syphilis or herpes or something else?

You weren't tested for those (that you mentioned, anyway), so it's difficult to say if you have them or not. From the encounter you described, very very unlikely. To the point of nothing to worry about. Condoms really are effective little buggers.

3. I don't think I need to worry about HIV do I?

No.

Please respond soon thanks.

Soon enough? :)

Good for you for having safe sex. Keep it up. Condoms really do work! Interesting hat trick on the rubber. If you pulled a condom right out of its intact wrapper, my guess is that you can rely on its being effective without doing a water balloon thing on it.  QA and all.
