Im In the Dominican Republic, and medical attention isnt as easy here. Im coming home in a few days.  I have a bladder infection and just started peeing lots of blood. Im freaked out!

No, you need to go to the doctor's.  Its not something you want to try and cure on your own.  Its serious enough that you need to go to the doc.

It means it's time to see a Dr. It could be many things so see a Dr. It is serious enough that you should not waste time trying to find answers on-line.
