penile papule possible on glans?

I've got a tiny little red raised mark just to the right of my urethral opening...it looks just like a pearly penile papule, like i have many of on the corona area of the head, but its a single one just right next to the opening. Just wondering if anybody knows if these penile papules can occur in other areas of the head, like near to the opening, and not just around the rim (corona)? Thanks for any advice, hoping its not like a wart or something, doesnt really look like it.

First, one should make sure it's not an std.

Not sure much about red dots...but check out these links too....

If it's bumps or white dots, is it any of the following?
May be a
Sebaceous cyst?
Pearly Penile Papule?
any type of wart (example: moluscum), or any other skin infection?

Read up on it, but most of all, seek a dermatologist.

If it is a Sebaceous cyst, don't pop it. This is from wikipedia about Sebaceous cysts...
"Under no circumstances must one try to pop the cyst, as it can lead to infection of the surrounding tissue. The neck is a particularly dangerous region, due to the glands and blood vessels."

Also, this link is pretty informative if you want to find out more about the causes of Sebaceous cysts and whether you may have an infection or not.

One shouldn't pop a Pearly Penile Papule themselves I don't think....one should seek a physician about that
