penis hole stings/burning/swollen/red please help me!!!

Thanks for taking the the time to read this. I'm a 21 yr old male who Mae a horrible mistake. Last night 7/13/13 I had intercourse with a older stranger I didn't know. I receieved oral with no condom, then anal sex with a condom, but I took it off before climax and ejaculated in the mouth. Immediately after I regretted the whole thing and about an hour later after the drive home went to take a shower because I was afraid I may have gotten an STD. I had felt fine the whole way home except for feeling ashamed and scared until I was in the shower I noticed every time the stream of water hit the tip of my pee hole it stung and had a slight burning sensation. I freaked out and examined and it looks like the tip is maybe swollen and the left lip is red and its red/pinkish inside the hole and stings if touched or even slightly rubbed. It stings when the to well brushes it also my boxers and pants its really annoying. I'm afraid I got an STD but after searching online I felt my situation was different than the similar stories I saw. I noticed these symptoms right after sex within an hour and a half. Isn't that too soon for it to be UTI or STD. It also doesn't seem to burn when I pee I don't think but it does when I wipe the hole with toilet paper. Could it be that it is just been chaffed or rubbed too hard from the friction in the condom? I think the condom was too small and it was anal so idk I went to bed hoping this was the case and it would heal by morning. Its the next evening now and it didn't get better I do if its improved at times it feels worse I can notice the redness on the lip it burns more and maybe more swollen I just took another shower and after I dried off noticed possible clear/milky discharge inside the hole starting to come out not a lot not even a whole drop really but more like wet. s this discharge or just water that got in there from showering?? I'm freaking out now that I may have herpes or some other horrible STD or disease can anyone help me figure out what is wrong do I have an STD or do you think its just been rubbed to much in the condom and will heal???? Note I do master ate about 2-3 times a day but this has never really happened before and I noticed this pain after the intercourse not after masterbating.
I'd appreciate any input on this should I be freaking out? Cause I'm scared to death. Its been a rough year for me I already learned I got hep C and if I have a STD too it'll be too much for me to handle.

Thanks for you reply it makes me feel a little better I'm going to try and refrain from any sex for the next week if it doesn't seem to be getting any better I'll get some testing done.

Hi and welcome. Symptoms right after the incident are not relaled. Oral sex is low risk for contracting std,s and dont happen wright after. The person could have used a lip balm and caused this. If you concerned that by all means have some testing but again is low risk and the time frame does not match up to std,s
