pimple on penis

For sometime now, maybe 6 yrs., i've had small pimple on the underside of my penis head. I pointed it out to my doctor yrs. ago, but he said its nothing more than an abnormal oil gland in so many words and not to worry. Like I said that was maybe 6 years ago and its still there! It doesnt hurt, it doesnt itch, but it wont bust. I squeeze it as hard as i can , before it starts to hurt, but it wont discharge or bust!!! What is it or what can I do about it?

Google fordyce spots.  Its not an std if you've had it for 6 years.
