plz am i at risk !

hi i hope u can answer my question fast please i'm dying here from anixity , i tested negative a week ago i have done nothing just wanted to make sure i'm ok , after one day i shaked my friends hand after 10 seconds i saw blood on my fingernail i did touch my chapped CUT lips with my hand , i'm worried that its his blood n i got it on my CUT lips can i get hiv like that PLEASE ANSWER ME FAST

Your risk is really zero.

And yes, if you have diarrhea, you should avoid heavy foods for a couple of days to give your body a chance to settle down.

sorry to bother u again m only 16 yrs old m dying alone here i dont know wht to do

i jst had diarrhea for 1 day then it stopped for 12 hours then came back after a heavey meal i ate can this be the problem

so once and for all my risk is zero ?? sure

No, it doesn't change my answer.

Diarrhea is caused by many, many things - diet, stress, viruses, bacteria, medication, etc. etc.

HIV isn't even on the top 10 list of things that cause diarrhea.
