some strands of ghonorrea are resistant to ghonorrea, mostly in china. IN america or in mexico u can get it fixed with cipro. U need to let the symptoms go away with time, you have no infection, U need to take bactrim for the prostate its most likely a bacterial prostatitis, non chronic, Just bacterial, get bactrim.
Well you were tested for everything I can think of except Trichomoniasis. The thing is, Trichomoniasis would not respond to antibiotics, so it doesn't make sense that your girlfriend would get better after that. So I think Trich is not very likely.
What sort of tests did they use for mycoplasma, ureaplasma, gonorrhea and chlamydia? A urine DNA test or a culture? Culture is more likely to return a false negative.
Also, do you have a positive urinalysis? If you have discharge, it seems like you would.
Possibly you should try something else for treatment. Ciprofloxacin is a pretty weak antibiotic compared to some others, and resistance is more common, especially for gonorrhea. I would try treatment with a non-fluoroquinolone (Cipro is a fluoroquinolone) antibiotic. Maybe you could try a single 2g dose of azithromycin which would cover most STDs. Or a longer course if in fact your prostate is infected.
