recurring green penile discharge

Hello there, I just want to ask a question regarding a recurring green penile discharge on my underwear. I had unprotected sex last May and I didn't experienced any symptoms after 3-5 days. Then after one month, I noticed that there green stains on my underwear. I frequently urinate because I am a heavy water drinker and I also DIDN'T experienced any pain while urinating. I consulted a doctor then he asked me to get tested for Urine culture and KUB. The findings were negative then he asked me to take a Levofloxacin 500mg for seven days/once a day. I did it but two weeks after treatment, the green penile discharged recurred. I assumed that the seven days were not enough so I took some levoflocaxin again but for 10 DAYS. It went well but another infection recurred, my anal abcess was back!! I was operated 2 years ago for this. I also consulted a surgeon and he told me that It was an anal fistula since it recurred. He removed the abcess then asked me to take some Metronidazole 3x a day. Once again, it all went well but once again, two weeks after treatment, the green penile discharged recurred. I was totally upset and paranoia starts to succumbed me to death. I did everything to prevent it from recurring like drinking gallons of water, taking cranberry and Vit.c tablets, consistent handwashing etc. I went back to my doctor and he asked me to get tested again by Urine C/S and Acid fast bacilli. He also told me to take 14 Co-amoxciclav 625 mg, twice a day for one week after getting tested. I got the results and but to my surprise, the findings were negative. Right now, I'm still praying and crossing my fingers to this problem. Any suggestions or similar stories out there? It'll be a big help. Thanks

I am baffled because the symptom could be gonorrhea but a negative test really rules that out. Not sure whatelse to tell you...only suggestion I have is to see a uriologist.

Yup, and it was negative. The doctor told me to submit a urine sample for urine culture and sensitivity with acid fast bacilli but once again, the results were negative.
