red bumps on penis

hi,

I had sex with a prostitute 8 months ago, 6 months after sex I tested STD and it was negative, blood count was normal. 7 months after sex I was suffering from meningitis and a lymph node was formed on my throat. After injecting antibiotics for 10 days meningitis was cured. I was suffering from fever and doctor told it is not due to meningitis, after urine test doctor  said that fever might be due to bacteria present in the urine, or might be due to lymph node formed on throat or might be due to cannula inserted on vein. There was no pus cells in urine and the blood count (WBC and platelets) is normal. Last day (8 months after sex) i saw small red bumps on my glans penis (10 - 20 bumps), today the count reduced. Is this syphilis ?

really no reason for all this testing from this encounter from the sounds of things. continue to follow up with your provider for your symptoms.

Thanks for the reply. one more question.
6th month test didn't include gonorrhea and chlamydia, doctor just asked whether there is any white discharge, I don't have any. The test that were done : CBC, HIV, HBV, HCV, VDRL, urine dipstick.
What about hepatatis A, D and E ? Should I get tested ?
What all test should be done other than gonorrhea and chlamydia?

no reason at all to think any of your symptoms are due to a std. they occurred long after you would've been infected as well as you tested negative.   It doesn't look like you covered herpes and I assume your 6 month std testing included gonorrhea and chlamydia?

you were ill, the lymph nodes in your neck might be slightly enlarged for a few weeks. follow up properly with your providers as needed for any symptoms.

this is not a std issue so this isn't the  most appropriate forum for asking any further questions in as far other illnesses.

Hi,

I tested HIV, HCV, hepatatis B, syphilis (10 months after sex) and the result was non reactive. Few small painless lymph nodes are still there in my neck, it developed 2-3 months ago, I don't have cold n' cough. Why the lymph nodes are there in my neck ? I'm sneezing everyday and urine colour is yellow most of the times.
Is there any other diseases I should get tested ?
How many days after exposure hodgkin lymphoma and NHL symptoms develop ? (I have a small swelling in the back of my ears)
Will any diseases develop 10 months after sex ?

1. Is there any other diseases I should get tested ?
2. Is there any test for EBV ?

If syphilis was a test done at 6 months then no it is not syphilis, and even so those are not symptoms of syphilis.
