red iritated glands, with pain on kidneys (lowerback)

so i ask this question on the hiv prevention and teak told me that it wasn't hiv related so i am going to ask here.

long story short, had protected vaginal sex with unknown most probably (csw) temptation got the worst of me.

this is what happen...
we went to the river, put condom on, put my thing on her thing finish on the very first stroke and when i was about to pull out she jumped on me put my thing in her thing and stroke me about 4 to 5 more times.

at this point the content of the condom is all over me and her, body fluids are mixed, i feel condom start to slip so i tossed woman to the side and turn to the other side to see that the condom is half way out hanging from my thing.

this is the part where i actually thing i might have infected my self because of being an ignorant idiot, i grab condom from the base and threw it out.
got up and jump on the water it was midnight so water was mostly cold i started rubbing my hands trying to get as much content out off my hands as i could under water and then i rubbed my thing but no profusely.

i mostly just grabbed it and started rinsing in in the water and then i sat there for a while... but i didn't have no soap and is now that i know that i had to have soap...
why don't this type of crap is though out on school or something? like seriously some one needs to put some serious effort on sex education.
any how...
i woke up next day felling very tired, next day i went to the clinic because of the same problem that i am having today..
basically my glands get very red and irritated, i get super thirsty my kidneys hurt dimples grow in my glands that come and go and this happens mostly when i straddled my self as if the content from my insides are infected.

i went to a clinic on the next day and they found white blood cells so they give me 4 pills i think they called it azt or ezt protocol for clamydia and other stuff that i didn't got after blood and culture test was done.

5 days later i went to the hospital for the very same reason they did a urine test and it was clear no gonorrhea .
six weeks later i got an hiv test and good god is negative.

can i have just scrubbed the herpes in to my glands my self?
i feel like a complete dumb azz, first of for doing such  a stupid thing, second for probably have infected my self with something  and for being so depress and stress out all of this time.

by the way i try to go to a local clinic to day, they didn't even let me explain the symptoms i was having or the test that i have already done.
they treat me like i was carrying the next pandemic, trying to get me to do blood exams so they could get more money out of me and i could hear (azz oles) i mean doctors on the back yelling protect your self to one another "still pisses me off after re-read".

i guess is not necessary to explain here that i told them to F them selves and that i was going to get the test done some where else and i warn them that if they bill me i was going to make a scene.

what can this be?
i have being searching for open sores on my shaft, pubic area, legs, scrotum and glands and honestly i don't know or think i have any, the mouth of the penis right where the urethra opening is has this strange raised skin, but it
don't hurt or have open, there is nothing coming out of it and they last for a day or 2 and then its gonne, i have this dimples that grow on gland that come and go 2 if i don't mess with my thing it comes back to normal but if i touch it too much it gets back to this.

over all the whole gland part is red and irritated with a very mild burning sensation that is not painful, but of course worrisome an bothersome too.

what could it be, what should i ask to the clinic that i am  planing to go tomorrow, they are actually part of control disease and they are experts on this stuff even though is far from my place. but i rather go to some one that is not easy impress for what could be candida over growth or another yeast infection.

i can't described more  symptoms and i must apologized for the long thread but i have had severe panic and anxiety attacks lately so i have had all sorts of symptoms.

but the ones that i can feel right now are, sour stomach as if i had smoked a ton of cigarettes, soar throat that is getting better, dry mouth and lips all the time i have to keep drinking water as i feel thirsty all time, pain on lower back, kidney sides not central spine, itchy eyes mostly when i focus on computer screen i haven't got no fever all time and actually my temperature is a bit low very low sometimes it was down to 95.4 this morning so more stress more worries.

i will ask for all possible out comes, including hepatitis, hsv but if they all come back negative, what can this be and how can i cure it.

thax in advance you guys are the most awesome.

Well to start you said probably csw...either it was or was not, they don't work for free.

I don't see a real STD risk and your symptoms have nothing to do with a STD. I would also guess you over reacted to what Dr's were saying.
