red sore in head of penis

i have a red sore on the head of my penis. then a few days or so later another one showed up
they looked almost like a pimple without the white head.
the first one that showed up looks more like a red blotch now
the second one still pimple like and its on the top-side rim of my penis
does anyone know what this could be?

my girl and i are sexually active and have unprotected sex.
for a couple of weeks now she has been itchy,and myself too have became somewhat itchy
fingers,legs,genital area and i noticed small bumps around my belly button
could this be scabbies?
Could that be the reason for the red pimple like blotches on my penis head?

is there anything that will help me?
i kinda blamed it on a bug bite or something but now that there is another one im kinda worried about it.

the red sore thing on the head of my penis just happened maybe four days ago
and we just figured that the itchy stuff was dry skin from the sun or what not
any advice on what it could be?
i dont have a doctor,who should i see?

You both need to go and be seen and find out what is going on in the both of you. You shouldn't be having sex when she is itchy or you have rashes.
