red spots

hi i have 3 tiny red spots on the outer lips on my vagina, they are smooth an don't hurt at all, they don't look like hair folicals as they look like blood blisters. i'm worried it might be genital herpes, please could someone give me advice as i've been in a relationship for 2 yrs now an if it is an STD, then this means the end of that!! i want to be sure before i confront my partner, i can't get in to my doctors for another 10 days :( an this is drivin me mad... please help

thnx for your reply, although it hasn't helped much, at least i know it might not be herpes, it wud be a shame to have to end my relationship with this guy as we've been best friends for years before we even got to gether but, if he has given me herpes then thats the end of the fun.... :(... thnx again x

Only advice i can give you is to see a Dr. Bumps can be so many things and often not STD related and only a Dr is going to be able to give you the proper diagnosis.
