Is it normal to have semen discoloration if you shot it in a white towel? Mine looks green in a white towel. Does everyone have this?

No comment.  You need to see a health professional in person.

We don't have Std testing center here in our place except for hiv test which i get negative result. I just finished taking ofloxacin 400mg 3x a day for 7 days. But my semen still looks green and very sticky gelly. Will it took a week before it turns white? Or should i take cefixime 400mg plus 1g azithromycin already?

No, it isn't normal.  This sounds like an infection of some kind.

This is your third or fourth question in the past few weeks about symptoms and treatment of UTI or possible STD. This is something that needs professional evaluation, as you were told before. Just do it.
