single red itchy bump on shaft of penis

about a few months ago i noticed one small red itchy bump on the shaft of my penis. it is down near the beginning of the shaft on the bottom. it is usually red but sometimes turns a little bit lighter. i have no pain and can go without itching it but it does get fairly itchy sometimes. i have had unprotected sex with 2 women in this time period. im hoping that it isnt an std or vd and i am planning to get tested next week. any thoughts or suggestions? thank you in advance it really means a lot.

A single red itchy bump does not sound like any typical STD. It may be a cyst or a skin infection or folliculitis. A good exam by your Doctor should tell. Take care.
