std from airplane - airport toilet

If you use the toilet and touch the doornob and sink and then put your hands in your mouth is that a risk or if you have crack and cuts on your skin(I have the habbit of bitting my lips and nails until they bleed).Can you cach an std or hiv or other infections?

this is not a risk for std's.

the biggest risk from this is cold/ flu and puke/poop type viral infections .
