std from oral sex
A month and a half ago I received oral sex from a sex worker. She used a condom, but as I started to ejaculate there was a hole in the condom right below the head of my penis. I went to my doctor two days later and he gave me levaquin for 10 days. Ever since the incident I have had a mild burning in the tip of my penis. It is not always there. Last night I used a massager on my penis to masturbate and now it is burning really bad. Any help would be appreciated. Went back to the doctor today and he gave me 1g of azyrthmician(sp). He also ran a std check. Very worried
my total time from exposure to cure of ngu, prostatis, and balantis was 3.5 months
Sounds You didn't clear the NGU you have. It took me 4 rounds of antibiotics to clear mine. my balantis Is finally gone after using nystatin cream but I'm still using it for a few weeks to ensure it doesn't return.
Update, I'm still having the burning issues. No my lower back is killing me and I tested positive for another uti. Obviously I have something else going on. Any please have any suggestions!!!
It's crazy, prostate seems angry and burning at the tip of my penis comes and goes. Never horrible. Just bothersome. Did another uti test. Maybe a small amount of leu, but not a lot. I'm very puzzled.
Ok all my tests are back, everything came back. Negative. I have never had any discharge, I have had a small burning from the tip of my penis, not while urinating that comes and goes. Itchy anus and itching of the skin around my groin. Any ideas? Have taken all the antibiotics prescribed no help.
I had the same experience except my oral was with no condom. I took levequin for the UTI which later went to my prostate. The levequin game me male thrush, which I'm almost sure you might be experiencing with your burning sensation. You could try so antifungal creams and do not masterbate or have sex it will really Irratate it

The leviquin actually cured my prostatis, I took amoxicillin for the UTI, which then went to the prostate. I'm still suffering from the male thrush. I'm currently on diflucan 150mg every 3 days 4 doses total. I take my last dose tomorrow. It's starting to look better now thankfully but I think the creams I used originally cleared the thrush but I kept applying them with a steroid cream for 3 weeks and I think that caused me problems. I'd recomend getting two creams, and mixing them and applying. I'd get terbinafine hydrochloride(lamisil jock itch cream) and butenafine hydrochloride(lotriman ulyra) and appliying twice a fay
From my experience I'd recommend you NEVER use a steroid cream on you penis. Just try the fungal. The first doc had me on prescription ketoconzole 2% and hydrocortisone 2.5. Never again for me
When I had the prostatis I drank nothing but ocean spray infused water PAC which has 50 cranberrys in each 20oz. It really helped me
Sorry one more thing I should add is keep it dry, including soaking up urine drops from the penis after urinating. The biggest thing that really helped me also was soaking the penis in like warm water with saline packets dissolved in it. I used neilmed sinus rinse packs
Thanks a ton guys, I just picked up azos yeast + and maximum strength anti itch cream. Will grab the lotramin in the morning. Could the yeast infection be hurting my prostate too. As it all starting hurting the same day.
Also my friend said apple cider vinegar works really well for him. Any comment on that?

Regarding the prostate pain, While not impossible for fungas I'd imagine a baterial infection would be much more probable. When I had my infection my sperm looked really odd, like a cottage cheese. It was very evident. Additionally I would have anus/ butt pain when using the bathroom. If you experience that I'd have them check your urine for RBC. It could also just be the burning pain from the penis radiating
Please help with this last question. My test came back clear for gonoherrea but I had a shot of Ceftriaxone 24 hours before the test. Would this alter the test like a false negative?

Well. I feel, you are safe from gono. If you have performed pcr tests, then the results are accurate.
Also I no longer test positive for a uti after the shot. I also feel like there is burning to the shaft of my penis but no visible markings.
One more update, went and got tested should have results tomorrow. Got a shot of Ceftriaxone. A day later I got tested again because this lab had faster results. Will that effect

Wouldn't the dose of levaquin knock that out?

An update, I tested positive for a uti. Does this make my chances of having and std higher. Omg I'm so worried. The uti was leu that was positive.

Getting a UTI from oral is most considered from the germs in saliva and doesnot really increase any risk to get Gono which would be the main std from oral. To get gono she would need to give you a "deep throat" oral where your penis head met the back of her throat as thats where the gono germs would be.
