std/something handjob

Dear Doctor
I need some advice, this is along one but maybe you can diagnose what no one else can?
3 months ago i went to a massage parlor. i recieved a handjob. I'm pretty sure the girl touched herself before this act.
Week 2 i went to the std clinic, just as a precaution.
I had a uretha swab,& urine test ,and a blood test.
Clear for clamidia syphillis myco plasma.
Week 3 i started to get a throbbing  testes and tingling in them.last 4 weeks painfull to sit/run
Week 7 went back to clinic for uretha swab (all clear)
Week 8 Testicles are very tender on the underside to touch and I  dont want to excersise due to soarness.
week 9 & 11 i have been to see a urologist twice , she is unsure! she says the testes feel normal, are not red /hot and no sign of infection. She gave them an ultrasound no sign of cancer.
She tested my prostate and i felt and I felt no pain in testes.
Ultrasound found some fluid on my stomach ( although  the size was measured and i was told not enough fluid to cause pain)
I have also seen my doctor he is cluless but gave me some antibiotics for clamidia/gonerea 3 day course    (2 times) and another 10 day course of something similar to penecillin.

Sympoms are tender testes all the time, shooting pains lower stomach sometimes sperm seems to be getting much thicker and less ejactultion since coming off the 10 day antibiotic course.,no fever, no pain urinating, i have had 4 small discahrges, of sperm like substance. a small white dot has appeared on my penis head along with a small black dot  both of which no one thinks much off.testes feel like being sqeezed feeling when the underside is touched

Question is do you know whats wrong? what else can i do ?
Is it possible i have an std that hasnt been detected from swab / urine If they were not looking for it, I am of the opinion the swab would show any bacteria infection  causing my pain/discomfort.
Hope you can help me please.
ps i didnt masterbate for 3 weeks after the handjob untili got the all clear , and originally put the pain down to the balls refilling but its almost 3 months now  and im sure somethings wrong..
thanks

But what you are describing is NOT an std.  Lubes, oils, etc., getting into the urethra can absolutely present with symptoms similiar to an std or a uti, but they are NOT stds.

Gonoorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV, herpes, HPV, trich, molluscum, hep b, ureaplasm, NGU, etc - those are sexually transmitted diseases or infections.

They are caused by certain viruses or bacteria.  Getting urethritis from lube or oil is not caused by a sexually transmitted virus or bacteria, but can result in similiar symptoms.

To say that handjobs should be discouraged because of stds is a dangerous approach and a scare tactic.

To say that people should use caution to not get any irritants in the urethra is an appropriate statement.

Calm down, ok?

Lube irritating is not STD.  I know what.  My question was, the pain in the tip of the penis, and irritation of Urethra by the lube oil might produce the symptoms similar to UTI.  I am not advocating this but might be the case.  Look for b_baller, johnNYC, spiterit and several other people on this Forum complained about the same issue.

The onset of symptoms for UTI does not take that long, that they wont have common sense to judge, as to from which incidence the UTI occured.

As I said, everybody advocates that the STD does not occur by Handjob,  but the truth is different and it need to be explored.

People are thinking that the handjob is safe.  It might be true, rom AIDS perspective because of its low prevelance and nature of the spread of the disease.  Handjobs should be strongly discouraged like penetrative sex.  They certainly have risk.

Because of involvement of Prostate, in the process of infection, and the poor concentration of Antibiotics, in the Prostate, many men have to use longer course of antibiotics.

Lube irritating the urethra is NOT an std.  You can NOT get an std from a handjob.

I'm not dismissing his symptoms.  I'm simply saying that if he does have an std, its NOT from this encounter.

After you use the antibiotics its really hard to catch the organisms in Urine or blood.  I am not a doctor, but from what i heard and read, UTI is hard to treat in men.

Everybody denies saying that STD does not contact through Handjob.  I exactly had the same experience you have.   I dont know the reason yet.  May be the lube irritates the Urethra?  Your claim is genuine and several people had the same experience.

The answers have come from experts and they have to explore the reasons.

Not sure what else  i can do.thanks to you i posted a question in both urology and std section at bargain price 15 dollards. still waiting to hear from the urology one,

I am concerned since i have read so much about thing you can get and have basically  been regretting the whole thing, its like a life changing experiance,
wish i could go and play some football and do something.

If you have an std, its not from the handjob.  There's no other way to say that - its just not a risk.

Its interesting that you are more worried about an std than some fluid in your stomach that shouldn't be there.

What about this fluid in your stomach?  Has anyone followed up on this?  Maybe more is accumulating?

Have you had an MRI to rule anything else out?

Its clear you don't have an std, so maybe you need to post this in the men's health or urology forum.

Hi there -

Your testicles don't "refill" the way you are thinking, so that wouldn't be the cause.  Have they tested your sperm to look for any bacteria there?

You wouldn't get an std from a handjob.
