strep, pneumonia and acute pharyngitis be caused by std?

I need some clarity ... for the last 3 months I've come down with strep, pneumonia and acute pharyngitis. About a week ago I went down on my boyfriend n he ended up gettin burning when urinating n penile discharge he went to his dr stated that he has chlamydia. I had recently on the 11 of july had my annual, pap and everthing normal for me. I never know I can get STD thru oral, wasn't educated as much, after tat happened to him around the same time I started to get sick again and found out I had acute pharyngitis and while I was the I had std test and request a throat swab ,still waiting to hear back, they gave me 4tablets of azithromycin 250mg for being exposed and amoxicillin for my pharyngitis. Since the std is all new to me I've been w one person for the past 7years he's cheated.on me numerous times and has gotten tested, my new partner said that he got tested when we 1st had unprotected sex and came back clean. I'm wonderin how and if I even have an std if both my partners where tested? And it seemed to me that everytime I had oral sex with my new partner id get sick , he stated that he's had chlamydia before 10yrs ago and got tested could it have been dormant in him and show negative on his tests? Or could it have been dormant in me? I'm so confused iv never been in this situation before. I'm still on my antibiotics and he's still taking his med.(ciprofloxacin and doxycycline) which hes been on for a week and recently we had unprotected sex could the std still be in his system and could he have passed it on back to me? And also I'm currently still feeling my throat sore could that be the std or do I just have a very.very weak immune system...plz help....

thankfully chlamydia is easily treated. no reason to think that one of your parnters has been walking around  with it for 10 years.

make sure you all cover your bases with full std testing that included herpes igg blood testing too. that way if anything shows up again, you'll know that one of your partners has some explaining to do.
