hi doctor. im from mainland china. i want to konw is that syphilis can transmit from kiss and suck nipple. because i have done this two thing with a prostitute 3days ago, but no any sex behavior. some chinese dr said: syphilis first may transmit by kiss ,if her have the syphilis. so please help me.

It is possible but very unlikely. You must come into direct contact with a syphilis sore for transmission and having it in the mouth is rare and then even comeing into contact with it poses only about a 50% risk.
