syphilis question

Unprotected blow job 8 weeks ago. Had tingling in penis which went and had now returned with an urg to pee a lot.  and have a small white hard lump on shaft of penis. It doesnt look horrible like the sphyilis chancres on Google images but is just a hard white lump (at the moment) . How to syphilis chancres start out? Do they look red and horrible from the start as mine has no red marks at all. Never noticed it before so sure it wasn't there till recently. Have had weird sensations since encounter but tested neg for gonnerea, clylamedia, HIV, sphillis at 33 days. Could this be syphillis just manifesting later than the norm, does say its possible up to 90days? . Thanks

I would just ask for a non-specific urine test

Thanks for your reply. Really stumped about this. Constant tingling in the head of the penis after encounter and feel need to urinate a lot even straight after going. Leads me to think its a uti but have tested neg. I know there are different types and will go back to clinic in a week or so. Am sure i caught something off her as the timing is too coincidental. Should I ask for perticular test? What would you recommend? As want to be sure I'm clean as have reconciled with long term girlfriend and want to have a baby. Didn't think we were going to get back together and don't want to put both at risk. If I could only turn back time. Your replays really help. Thanks

They pretty much look very bad from the start and at 8 weeks for it to start would be very unusual.
