syphillis/herpes/anything?

At the back of the penis head where the foreskin connects to i noticed two small spots like pimpley nodules with whitehead bits that was the very small under the rim of the penis head at the back. Not exactly like a face spot yet similar  appearing to become a white spot under the skin 's surface appearance. My last sexual exposure was with a three uk escorts the last being 4 weeks prior to having unprotected oral with cum in mouth with two different escorts and condom protected vaginal sex. Had a hiv duo test at 4 weeks which was negative yet noticed these spots a couple of days after the test.

I picked at the larger one to pic off the whitehead bit and then it bled a lot due to applying some "boots" blood stopping spray onto the sensitive penis head rim area yet it just bled more and more. I took vitamin c tablets and zinc tablets in the hope to help it heal quicker.

The next night it has more or less healed enough yet left a slight indented area of skin although it is still healed over and is quite slight.

I have looked at syphilis pictures and chancres and tried to see it is syphillis or herpes. As mentioned the two small nodule-like spots now resemble a smaller
possible chancre type area and the initial spot is still able to feel is slightly still there.

Is this too quick for a chancre to heal? ie the next day? Yet what if these spots were
there from earlier and only now they were healing? ie in primary stages it would develop from 9/10 days onwards up to 3mths and heal in 1/3 weeks which would be the timeframe of 4 weeks since my exposure.
And that I hadn't noticed them there from 9 days upto when i found them?

As oral sex was involved without a condom. could you perhaps tell me if this sounds like an std like syphillis and if its safe to have sex again without a worry or would i be contagious and not safe having not identified if it is syphillis or not? I can't tell if it is just some small pimpley spot or a chancre though it does seem to have almost healed. should i have a test for syphillis or herpes and what do i need to do? Although i have regular hiv tests on the last the worker noticed that the finger prick test ushed out more blood than usual and he did mention that it was very unusual and that perhaps i had drunk too much water. Do you think there is anything to worry about like is a symptom of any stds like blood being thinned or something because of it? Also when do the secondary stage possibe kick in as i have noticed also that i do has hard skin on the soles of my feet yet no red spots yet obviously and so i've been concerned that the initial hard corns are another sign of syphillis related symptoms as they had kind of trapped blood bits like under the hard skin area. They peeled off yet i have seen pics whereby they have corns or hard skin in the pics as well.

What kind of std do you think i may have if anything and do i need to test? Thanks for any help that the doctors like mr handsfield or hook can me.

yeah i shouldnt have done that i thought i'd try and get rid of it that way by picking the whitehaed bit off and put my mind at ease it probably made it worse. I spotted it 2 days ago so i was trying to figure out if it could be syphillis as herpes is more clustered bumps i figured a single spot may be that. So i don't know if is has healed too quickly for it to be that or whether i really didn't notice them till the other day and i've had them since earlier in the month.

Hello

I have not read anything alarming that would point me to believe you have an STD.  See a physician so they can tell and confirm they are nothing.

I only thing alarming that I read was when you picked at them or popped it.

"Do not pick at them or try to pop them. You can cause some serious damage- scarring and infection can occur. See a doctor if they bother you."

small nodule-like, like a small spot with a 1-2mm diameter and whitehead like a face spot. Right near the rim of the penis head at the back, 2 very small ones yet there not really very visible now. there more like a layer off the sensitive area which is slightly redder than the the ohter area. The other one has more or less disappeared. The main one is now posibbly looking like a chancre yet very slightly not as red yet it looked like this after i spryed some anti bleeding spray from boots chemist, yet it bled more!

Hi

What size are the "noddle like bumps" you describe?

You were never at risk for HIV, and your test proved this.  Thanks for showing everyone that you cannot get HIV from protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex.
