We don't look at pictures, see a Dr.
In the first stage of syphillis, a sore called chancre is formed (3 weeks after infection usually). Then it might evolve into a macule or papule and eventually ulcer. But 4 to 10 weeks after infection, they appear randomly in the body (take ths in consideration).
Also looks similar to genital herpes. So get tested better! Did you have any other sex partners so its possible to acquire syphillis?
If not, then dont worry. It will be something else, most likely herpes (due to the painful bumps, usually syphillis has NON PAINFUL BUMPS)
Did you check for syphillis and herpes?
