testicle pain/red urethra

Roughly 3 weeks ago I received oral sex off a stranger. I was very worried, and after a few weeks went to visit my GP. I went as I found a tiny spot near the top of my penis but my GP said that she thinks it unlikely that I have an STD, but said I should maybe get tested for peace of mind. She did however say that the tip of my penis looked red, but it should clear up soon - she also said this could be for many reasons (she even suggested she may have had a curry before). It is still red though, and feels slightly tingly. My testicles also hurt, but not on contact. Other than this I have no symptoms. I don't have any sores or discharge as far as I am aware. I just am very worried still, and really want to be able to forget about the whole thing. Thanks.

you need to go back and be seen then and get some simple urine testing done for starters then. You wouldn't still have tingling and redness from something she ate prior to performing oral on you at this time.

I didn't actually go for any testing as my Doctor said she didn't think I needed to, sorry I didn't make that very clear.
