treat myself with antibiotics even before being tested positive for any STD?

Hi all,

I had protected vaginal sex about 2 weeks ago with a prostitute.
But had unprotected oral(received and gave) and unprotected anal fingering (for a second) on her.

I fear i might have contracted some STI, like syphillis, chalmydia or gonnoreha.

10 days after sex, i took 1 gram of azithromycin and have been taking doxycycline 100mg twice daily for 6 days.

I took a STD test on 10th day, and the interim report says negative for all STDs

If i stop the meds, i feel some itchiness ,so i am continuing and i have mild fever, which comes and goes

I feel i might have syphillis, so i am taking 14 day doxycycline myself, it was not prescribed by doctor, i never visited one.

Please guide me should i finish this course?

Hi we dont comment on prescriptions here only a doctor can but will say the odds you contracted any std from your affair is close to zero.
