unprotected oral sex and STD/HIV risks

6 weeks ago,  I had an unprotected oral sex (fellatio and cunnilingus) with a young girl with unknown status. My penis have touched the outside of her vagina, but very briefly (never penetrated, strictly from the outside).

One week after the encounter, I started to feel some discomfort while peeing, the need of frequent peeing, and noticed a transparent discharge coming from the penis. I went to an STD clinic and they gave me antibiotics for both chlamydia and gonorrhea. The test results came back almost one week later and it was clear (for HIV, chlamydia and gonorrhea). The discharge and discomfort disappeared.

Now (6 weeks after the encounter) I started to notice fresh blood on the toilet paper and having diarrhea (sometimes, only clear mucus in my stool). I've started noticing this for the past 4 days. I am also noticing small white bumps on my upper lip and around the corners of my mouth. They are NOT painful and they don't cause any discomfort (looks like a Fordyce spots).

I am also experiencing loss of weight and appetite (I lost 6% of my weight, since the encounter, in 6 weeks). The anxiety of this encounter might be the reason.

I am really worried, and I don't know how to get peace of mind. What are the chances that these are symptoms for STD (e.g., genital warts, Herpes, HIV)?  given that the encounter that was strictly oral (fellatio and cunnilingus) and with no apparent sores of lesions on her?

Thanks for the information..  I never get oral cold sores. I actually never had sex or close physical contact with anyone other than my wife (and this incident now)

Its been almost 8 weeks now with no symptoms. I just don't want to pass her anything. Herpes is not common where we are from.

what about herpes? I would like to make sure that I don't have any stds without showing symptoms so I can resume having unprotected sex with my wife.

Try to mellow down on herpes. This is not even recommended as a part of std screening. But if you want you may test at 12 weeks. And do not be surprised if you test positive for hsv 1. 65% of the world has it.

Thanks.

I tested negative for Gonorhea, Chlamydia and HIV again (6 weeks after the exposure).

Why do you not recommend that I get tested for syphils and herpes unless I show symptoms?

Also, is 6 weeks conclusive for HIV (rapid test from finger prick).

Here is a risk chart you performing cunnilingus, very low risk for anything no need for any testing. You receiving oral sex low risk for gonorhea, syphils, ngu. No need to rest not unless you get symptoms.
