vaginal fluid on hand and then touched urethra/foreskin

I am literally freaking out. The incident occurred about 2.5 months ago and since then I have had 2 episodes of sore throat, massive acid reflex, post nasal drip and tiredness. The first episode of symptoms occurred before STDs were even a thought in my mind. Its just during the 2nd episode that I started to think and now I am paranoid.

Here is what happened:

-I went to for a erotic massage. The lady was nude. She masturbated me with baby oil and quite rigorously.
-I touched the area around her vagina for quite some time while she masturbated me. She wasn't wet just a little moist around the opening/outside. I don't think I entered inside her as she did not want me to and I remember just touching around the outside area.
-NOW the STUPID PART. Mistakenly, I forgot that I had touched her area and then helped her masturbate me. So now I have whatever moist vaginal fluid I had on my fingers on my penis, urethra and foreskin (I am uncircumcised).
-Next STUPID PART. I did not wash up after ejaculating her the parlor. I had an appointment to attend afterwards so I rushed out of there without showering. She did wipe me off with a paper towel.

My concern is vaginal fluid inside my urethra and foreskin (uncircumcised) because she masturbated me rigorously for some time. Moreover, since I did not wash up if she was infected the STDs could have remained inside the closed foreskin area for the remainder of the day (I showered in the evening). The inside of my foreskin would have been warm and moist for the virus to survive.

Can you please assess my risk and should I get a test? I am a bit scared and the 2 episodes of getting sick are now really concerning me.

I don't see any color discharge from my penis but urinate relatively frequently and i almost feel like my urethra is wet constantly...   like as if precum is present but no colour. Could this be Gonorrhea, Chlamydia or other?

Teak said I have no exposure to HIV.

Hi Grace,

Well... you are right on! My HBV and HCV were negative (she did antibody and various antigen tests to test for HBV). I do have HAV anitbodies, which I think might be related to the fact that I think I had one shot of the vaccine in 2008 (not sure if there are multiple shots). Its a bit fuzzy as I was going to travel to Thailand and I went for an appointment but can't remember what injections I got. I was suppose to get the 2 shots for HBV vaccine but I think I only got 1 shot and then I missed the second appointment due to work travel and forgot to re-do. So I'm not vaccinated for HBV.

In any case, she also tested for celiac antibody, which was negative so thats good news. She did say that my liver tests (AST) was mildly elevated and the ALT was normal. She wants to recheck in 2 weeks but suspects that they will be normal then. I'm in good hands with this doctor as she is very thorough and takes the time to discuss and explain things to me.

Once again I thank you for your help and truly appreciate the wonderful work you, Tony19821 and everyone else do here. Keep up the great job!

Hi grace and tony,

I still have not been feeling well. My GI issues have not gone away. I get nausea all day long, acid reflex, yellow loose stools, lots of gas and abdominal discomfort and slight pain in underneath right rib (where live is). I saw my doctor 3 weeks ago and she gave me someone for acid reflex. I am going to see her again this Friday for a followup.

I was wondering whether I was at any risk of hep a, b and c due to my exposure. I am not vaccinated for a and b. I promise to get vaccinated when I find out that I'm negative for all 3. I am going to get my doctor to test me this Friday.

I appreciate your help. Thank you kindly.

actually it's still the same as the 70's except for now hiv is there. much higher rates of some std's back then too even!!  ignorance wasn't bliss back when folks didn't talk about things like they do now.

To close the thread - I tested for all STDs including HIV (rapid). Negative for HIV and the others will come back within 2 weeks!

Now I am off to enjoy the world...    not going near CSWs or casual sex...   the world was a better place in the 1970s. Got an STD? Pop a pill and be done with it for the most part. Today its a nightmare.

Thank you all for your support. I appreciate it.

Thanks drez for the feedback. Did you test for STDs and HIV based on your exposure?

sounds like anxiety has your gi tract all a mess dear. As tony already told you - you need to move forward from this. If you can't on your own, seek out professional help to work on your anxiety from the encounter in question.

Hi. I had very similar event. Touched my penis with my hand probably with vaginal fluid. No sex. I had uretha ichting and increased urine frequency. I though i had VIH or some type of std. The risk of VIH is very low, but other STD is possible. You should test your STD status for staying calm. You really dont have HIV risk.

Thanks Tony. I'm going nuts. I can't differentiate whats real or self-inflicted at this point. The incident is as described - no penetrative anal, vaginal, or oral on me or her. Just mutual masturbation and 30 seconds of nipple sucking.

I've never had GI symptoms like this. Burping, GI tract noises including the stomach (non-stop), acid reflex, bloating/gas, etc...   feel burning sensations on my skin at times and am urinating frequently with urine leakage (i.e the head of my penis is often wet right now). Feel like there is fluid in my left ear and pain in my leg muscles. Nasal dripping.

Can this all be stress/anxiety?

Thanks Grace. I forgot to include in my post that I sucked on the massage attendant's breasts for maybe 30 seconds and I tasted something odd. Maybe breast milk or it could be her lotion (not sure). I am very concerned that this could have put me at risk for HIV/STDs considering my episodes of getting sick, i.e. sore throat, cough, nasal drop, acid reflex, massive bloating/gas, and a canker sore.

Appreciate the help. Thank you.

fyi - you can't wash off std's. they are transmitted during the sex act itself, they don't lay on the skin to work their way in over time. you not washing up after this didn't add to your risk at all.

as tony already said- this wasn't a risk for you. you don't have any need to worry nor to test.

Symptoms have become really bad the past week. Massive bloating, gas, and I feel like vomiting. Is this all STD related? Should I get tested and for what specifically?

Thanks Tony. I'm really shocked that there are no risks for STDs from this event. I mean the same fluids that cause STDs were in contact but it was hand to genital to hand to genital. The pathology seems logical for infection but yet no risk?

You have no exposure to anything let alone HIV. This exposure was of zero risk for anything. STDs need proper sexual contact to transmit ie vaginal, anal or oral sex. The symptoms you describe are nothing more than a common cold at this time of year and nothing to worry about. Take it easy.
