what causes small unpainful pimple like structures on penis foredkin

I have small pimple like structures that have developed at the tip of my foreskin externally..they are neither   painfull nor itch..its like I dont hav nothing until I see them thus when I remember. also somewhere along my groin region I have this localised benign like structure that I had since I was a teen..so am worried can those many structures at the foreskin be the same thing or I should be worried..please help
