what the hell is going on?!

Ok.....Where do i start? about 2 months ago i noticed that i kept having to urinate like literally every 15 minutes. I didn't really think anything of it because i have always had to use the bathroom alot. Well, about two weeks ago i started having the classic symptoms of UTI, which i have gotten alot of in the past so i thought for sure that's what it was. I was out of town at the time visiting my mom, and i was desperate so i took some Septra that she had. Well after 4 days it wasn't getting better so i went to an urgent care clinic. Since i had antibiotics in my system already, the urine test for a UTI came back normal. So the doctor told me to quit taking the Septra, and she prescribed me Cipro. Well 4 days after that it still wasn't getting any better, so once i had gotten back into town i went to another urgent care clinic. Well as usual the urine test came back normal, so i told them to test me for any STD's. In the mean time the doctor told me to stop taking the Cipro and he prescribed me Doxycycline. It seemed like right away after taking the Doxycycline that my symptoms started to feel better. I thought for sure that it was getting better and that would be the end of it. Well i still haven't gotten the results back from the STD's test, and after 5 days of being on the Doxycycline my symptoms have started coming back. That awful burning sensation after i urinate, and the urge to go every 5 minutes but barely anything comes out. I am on my period and i can't even use a tampon because when i put it in it burns and is very uncomfortable. I don't know what to do. Even if it did turn out to be an STD, the doxycycline would have gotten rid of it anyway right? Is there anyone out there that can help me out with this?

Best bet is to follow up with your Dr and look for other causes.

I got my test results back today and i am negative for any STD's. I am confused. I am glad obviously that i don't have an STD, but i am frustrated because i still don't know why i am having these symptoms!

In your last post I said you would have to wait for your test results.
Chances are if it was a STD Doxy might have cured it, but it might take longer and higher dosage to cure the STD (if you have one).
