worried

i experienced a discharge during a bowel movement about 10 months ago and went and got tested immediately. came back neg. for chlamydia, gonnorhea, and trich. ive started to notice that after i urinate i have more drops in my underwear than i used to and i heard that is a symptom. I also experience some occasional itching in my urethra but nothing consistent. Should i be retested or tested for mycoplasma ? or am i just paranoid

discharge only once and during a bowel movement when you are bearing down and putting pressure in that same general area is normal in males.

none of this is std related. it's actually fairly normal. odds are you are just paying far too much attention lately to things from the sound of it.
