yeast

hello Doc, i had a urine test to know if i had any infection, the result came out and the med lab scientist said i had yeast cells and requested i see my doc to prescribe medications to cure the yeast infection. please i need to know about this and proper medications for this ,. thanks..

Yes, yeast balanitis (the medical term for inflammation of the head of the penis, typically in uncircumcised men) commonly causes red spots that may be pimple-like.

I see no reason for embarrassment. It that's what is preventing you from getting professional care, suck it up and just do it.

I have currently on the foreskin of my penis a 3 pimple like blister , it has been here for over 2months now and it does not itch or cause any pain on my penis, its just so embarrasing . 3 dotted pimple like growth on my penis, could this be as a result of the yeast infection ??

Yeasts normally inhabit the genital tract, so this finding may be meaningless. If you don't have symptoms like painful urination or discharge; or if you're uncircumcised and have inflammation (irritation, redness, etc) under the foreskin, then I doubt you need treatment.

You should see your doctor in person, or perhaps an STD clinic or its equivalent, like a GUM clinic if you're in the UK. Then follow their professional advice.
