BLACK/DARK BUMPS ALONG SCROTUM VEINS.

BLACK/DARK  BUMPS ALONG SCROTUM VEINS.

Exactly 3 weeks ago I had casual, but PROTECTED sex with a lady I met through the internet. However, she gave me unprotected oral sex, including deep throat and intense licking of testicles.

Two days later I was feeling irritation inside the penis.  By the time I talked to my doctor, a few days later, I was feeling irritation inside the tube, between my testicles.  My doctor prescribed the antibiotic Ciproflaxin 500mg/every 12 hours for 5 days.  There was no discharge when the symptoms started, and up to now I have seen none either.  The antibiotics seem to have aliviated my symptoms a little, but not all the way.

While taking the antibiotics, I noticed increasing prickly feeling and slight burning sensations on my scrotum.  I could see nothing in the beginning, but then I noticed black bumps running along the vein on my scrotum.  I still feel irritation inside.  My doctor has done further blood tests and I am waiting for the results.

However, I would really like to know if anyone knows what these dark blisters running along some of my scrotum veins, mean.  They are still prickly, and the whole scrotum is kind of "burning", but not really painful, even if it is very uncomfortable and worrying.

Any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance to anyone who helps me out on this.

You said in your post that Cipro was an "ok" choice for my urinary symptoms.  Are there other medications that in your opinion are better?  If so, then would it be possible for you to please give the name(s), I am curious to know.  I might even drop the names to my doctor, if my symptoms have not totally disappeared. Thanks.

Thank you for your post.  I have no itching, but there is a distinct prickly feeling that varies in intensity from slight to mild, accompanied with  burning sensations in the scrotum, that also vary between slight and mild.

Eventhough these bumps are in line with some of the veins, they are on different locations on the scrotum, so I am a bit confused and anxious, so if you, or others, have any ideas as to wether or not this is something viral/bacterial, or serious, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Hopefully, my doctor will shine more light onto this problem, but I will only be seeing him in a few days time.

Thanks again.

odds are these are broken blood vessels that you are noticing.  definitely following up on this with your provider next week is a good idea since it might also be a sign of other things going on but since you don't mention itching, it's likely this is nothing.

cipro was an ok choice for your urinary symptoms. if they aren't better by the time you are seen, discuss further testing too.

Thank you JessyJames.  I will be seeing my doctor in a couple of days, but I am really anxious to know what they could be as there does not seem to be much information about this condition on the internet.

If you know more about this condition or what it could be, then please let me know.
