gonorrhea even after medication

I was diagnosed with gonorrhea and took a pill for both gonorrhea and chlamydia even though i was negative for the chlamydia. About 2 hours after I took the medication I had really bad diarrhea and am wondering if this would change the effectiveness of the medication? I also still have a little bit of burning, not when i pee but just randomly start to burn sometimes and am worried i could still have gonorrhea or something else.

I had a really bad bladder infection and after i took medication for that i started to have symptoms. I didnt know at the time thats what it was. I thought it was still symptoms for the bladder infection. I found out when I went for my yearly physical which was 2 months after the bladder infection.

Probably not, the medication will absorb quickly and this is a side effect of the medication. Did you test due to symptoms?
