2 white blotches on tip of penis?

I am not exactly sure what to place this post under, but, within the last 3 months me and my girlfriend of 2 years decided to take a break. Within this 3 month period til' now I have been sexually active with 2 individuals. The first woman I had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with on 4 occasions. The second woman ( who is an ex-girlfriend) just performed oral sex on me. Now, up until a week ago I had no issues. The head of my penis seems to be a reddish color at times like it is burnt, other times it looks fine. I do at certain times have 2 white blotches on the right side of the head of penis. These blotches mainly appear when my penis is flaccid. When it is erect you do not notice them at all. They do not give me much discomfort. I sometimes feel like the area they are located in has a tingling sensation but that can be psychological. I have been under a lot of stress recently and I do not know if this can lead to the situation I just described. I was also sick about a month ago with a random fever that came out of the blue that subsided after 2 days that left me with horrible stomach cramps that I still have. I went to the doctor for these stomach cramps and got an ultra sound,x ray, and general blood work, but nothing showed up. So, I do not know if these can all be directly related?

Thanks

Candida albicans - does anyone have any experience with this particular fungus that is known for invading the genitals? Many of these symptoms sound similar to mine, even the stomach cramping.

yeah, the strangest thing is it is not always there. It is like my skin blushes and it goes away.

Can something like this just randomly develop? It isn't giving me too much discomfort...It does burn slightly when I urinate though, but that has been occurring for some time though and may not include the same complications.

This isn't sounding like an std, but your doctor should check it out.
