3 Negative Results - What is causing penile pain

by Worriedidiot, May 03, 2006 12:00AM
I have now had three negative results first two for Clam, Gon, nsu, microplasmas/ureaplsmas amongst other bacterias, the other for clam & Gon.

So what is it causing my symptoms?

Symptoms being - constant burning on the head of penis, occsional pains that appear to be in the urethra, I have no pain peeing, no discharge that i have noticed, (The pain is by no means excruciating, but ever present), no redness, no lesions, no spots or blisters.

Its been continous for about five weeks.

Would you recommend any treatment, over the counter stuff??

Thank you.

I cannot say what is causing your symptoms.  Clearly it is not an STD or anything else that will ever cause serious harm to either you or a sex partner. I cannot recommend any particular treatment.  My main recommendation is that you ask your health care provider his/her opinion about whether your symptoms might be due to anxiety and nothing esle, or whether you should be evaluated by a mental health professional to make that assessment.

From your username, I beleive we have been through this before.  I will have no further comments.  According to the posted STD forum rules, you may not post a new question for at least anothe6 6 months.
