3 red spots on penis

Have not had sex with any girls for 3months and rescently in past week noticed on the shaft of the penis was one small red bump, and on the edge of the head of the penis is two small red bumps each being simular looking and on opposing sides to the next. I put lotion on the bumps and the redness seems to go down but i can clearly make out where all three bumps are especially the one on the shaft. Any ideas or suggestions just let me know

You should see a doctor right away and maybe run some tests. In the meantime, carefully wash your hands after you have handled your penis, and always rewash your hands with soap before rubbing your eyes or eating food.
