3 small red dots on penis tip

11 weeks ago I received unprotected oral sex… Since then I've had two full STD tests.  I also had STD tests, the first days later, the second almost two weeks after.  I've taken six Hiv test; all came back negative.  I was finally allowing myself to move on from a horrible mistake then yesterday after coming home from the beach I noticed 3 red dots on the tip of my penis.  They have not grown in size at all, one maybe got smaller as well.  No puss, but the tip of penis is irritated (not red just irratated).   The tip of my penis is not red at all and only the bumps are red not the surrounding skin.  It does burn a little when I pee.  No fever, no headache, think glands are good...just very stresses.  Any ideas?

Well, the DR. Agreed.  He said visually is was not something he would ever consider genital herpes.  I did however, for peace of mind, got a full STD test again today at 9 weeks for an across the board confirmation again.

You would have to see a Dr, skin issues can be many things often not a STD and with your tests I would not worry about a STD.
