Why don't you stop treating it with this cream and that cream, and just get it biopsied?
It could take quite a few days if you've had it for 5 years.

Right now I've done 2 days of the yeast infection cream and the itching has stopped but the bumps are still there. If it were a yeast infection when will i see signs of healing so i know to keep treating it?
Thank you very much, I'm going to try some stuff for a week or two and let you know how things go. I appreciate it!
It could be yeast or jock itch. Yeast sounds likelier because of the odor. There are all kinds of OTC things you can try.

This is making me feel a little better. I will see another doctor about it. If it were a fungus, what kind could it be? And is there anything over the counter that I can try to see if it clears up?
Odor suggests fungus.
Molluscum could last that long, but its not likely. A fungal infection could. We had a guy at my clinic who had it for 12 years, and thought it was herpes the whole time.

It also gives a oder, if that helps at all
Nobody has ever done a biopsy. If untreated would molluscum or any type of fungus spread slowly and last for 5 years?
I'd wonder more about fungal or maybe even molluscum than warts, but warts is a possibility.
Has anyone ever biopsied any of these to see what it is? That could end this whole mystery.

The symptoms went away on its own and the pads that were prescribed to me were for folliculitis. The lotions however were just meant to treat dry skin and were just your basic over the counter types, nothing special. As for the soap he did tell me to use Dove which i use all the time even before the sexual encounter and for the allergic reaction, I am sure that is not the case because I never had a problem with the products before. I am thinking it's genital warts or a fungus.
Do you know what kinds of cream the doctor gave you? That would help to know if he was treating you for folliculitis, a fungal infection, etc.
Also, when you used the cream, did you stop using it once symptoms disappeared, or did you use it for a time after?
I'd also wonder if this is an allergic reaction to something - some kind of soap, laundry detergent, fabric of a washcloth, etc. Use a soap for sensitive skin, like Dove unscented for sensitive skin, and a "free" laundry detergent, like Tide Free, etc. You can also use a detergent made for babies clothes, like Dreft. You can even go organic.
