9 weeks after oral exposure

I had sex protected sex about a 9 weeks ago. I also had unprotected oral which I gave to a female. According to her she was clean. I did not receive any oral so she didnt suck my penis Or anything. Last week I got a diareah for 4 or 5 days. I felt bloated and constipated. When diareah was done I  had the urgency to pee, I doesn't burn when I pee it just feels I need to go even when I don't pee. My right side of back hurts not sure if it's kidney or something but both symptoms are there. I don't see any discharge at all. Plus my right testicle hurt really bad for 4 days. I haven't mention anything to my wife. I feel so bad. Not sure if I contacted an std. Any help?

What about my right testicle? My 3 year old was playing with me and accidently he hit me on my right side of testicle. I didn't notice any pain until I touched my testicles. I didn't see any swelling or redness but it did hurt bad for a few days

you had protected sex. We recommend it because it works against the bacterial std's . You performing oral on someone wouldn't give you genital symptoms.

Even though it's summer, still lots of the puke/poop viruses going around which certainly would explain the diarrhea you had.

If your back is also hurting with these urinary symptoms, I recommend you go and be seen and get checked for kidney stones.
