No STD causes itching or rash of the scrotum, and no STD causes the itchy rash you describe for your elbows, thighs, etc. Fungal infections, allergy, and various kinds of dermatitis all can cause such things. In any case, oral sex is very low risk for catching STDs. Your symptoms are just a coincidence with the oral sex episode.
You don't need STD testing. You just need to see a primary care provider to learn what you have and how to treat it. Or if you want to take a stab at treating yourself, try the over-the-counter creams for itching, jock itch, etc. But defininitely see a health care provider if those don't clear it up.

well my situation is as described in the question "possibility of herpes?". Though I have itchy hands , and I have itc also in the right armpit. The only noticeable , according to some doctors I have visited, symptom of herpes is the red dot (2 pcs) and whitish cover inside the urethra. Maybe we are running here an yeast infection too?
