A Penis (?) Problem... or Psychological?

Hi, I'm a 22 year old male who became sexually active about two months ago.

Being a, uh... confused guy- I fooled around with a few (four total... ugh) guys over the course of a month. I was a bottom to one (protected), a bottom to another (not protected, but negative test both before and after), and two orals. I did exchange fluid with any of these guys, although one of the orals was a heavy pre-cummer. I did my best to avoid that, though, and gargled and spit afterwards. Only reason that really had me worried is I sometimes have cancors in my mouth... not sure if I did then.

During this time I've had fairly persistent sinus problems (I'm living in a new state, I should mention), especially for the last month, and I've also experienced a fair amount of anxiety (a couple of sleepless nights), essentially worrying about any potential STDs I might or might not have. The worrying has really been an issue. The main sinus problem I've had is a dry throat... which I've had on and off for about two months.

About three weeks ago, when it had been two weeks since my last activity, and four weeks since the un-safe anal, I got so freaked out I went and got tested for HIV. Negative. I know that's not completely conclusive, but I understand the results should still be fairly accurate.

Right after the test and I felt a very slight itch on occason inside the uretha, then a couple days later, a small gray-ish air-bubble-like dot, slightly raised on the edge of the head (on the bottom of the head, close to the slit). Completely painless, but I freaked out, decided it was HPV and got wart remover. Dumb move. I turned it in to more of a blood-blister looking thing, still painless, and I think I aggriavted the skin around it. Then, the next day (perhaps related to the make-shift, dumb self-treatment, perhaps not...) I started dribbling after peeing. A few drops since this time have inevitably come out even after I've pushed. Meanwhile, I also started to feel as if I was "sweating" more in the crotch area.

I went to a clinic, he looked at the "dot" (then more like a blood-blister) and said he had never seen anything like it before. He listened to my symptoms, gave me a shot in the butt and a week's worth of anti-biotics (that would apparently clear out clamydia, syphilis, and others) and sent me on my way.

I thought things were improving, but I was still worried about my throat, so I went to another clinic a week later, had another doctor check that out- they said it didn't look like anything serious at all, and that she thought it was allergies. So I've taking Clariton and it seems to have been helping (one week later), although my voice still gets tired after a while.

Meanwhile, I'm less certain my crotch-area symptoms are improving. I still drip after, and it still feels a bit more sweaty than usual, and the "dot" is still there, although now it's back to it's "gray bubble" apperance, and appears to be getting smaller. I've also noticed that there might be a very slight tear in the slit (when I say slit, I mean the line where the head breaks, not where pee comes out), which may have happened when I aggrivated the skin in the area.

I'm still very stressed, and have contacted a urologist in the area, but would still like to have an idea of what this could be. I feel like some of my symptoms may be stress-induced (I've also been very tense, stiff neck sometimes and such). When I actually (rarely) get my mind off this stuff, I feel fine... but that rarely last very long.

Please give me something to go on. Thanks.

Just went to get things checked out at a clinic.  Tested negative on HIV again (now at about 2 months).  Been treated now for Syphilis, Gonorrhea and Chlamydia.  She said that it looked as if I was dribbling do to the aggravated skin and the "dot" itself did not have the appearance of a STD leision (not HPV or Herpes, therefore).  She thought it might be a mole or something.  In short, I need to be careful with that skin and if it's still a problem in a week or so, have it checked out again- may be something non-STD-realted in that case.  Also (of course) to be on the safe-side, HIV test again in a couple months.  But very likely A-OK there.

So it looks like I should be all right.  Would highly suggested going to a doctor or clinic if you're worried about anything- often times the worry will make it worse or blow it out of proportion.  You'll feel better knowing.

Here is really the only recommendation I can give...test for STD's and HIV. Here are testing times for a conclusive result.

Gonorrhea and chlamydia-1 week (oral swab, penial swab or urine, anal swab)
Syphilis-6 weeks
HIV-3 months
Herpes -3-4 months

Use condoms all the time everytime, no matter who you are with until you are in a committed relationship and both people have tested in the correct time frames.

...I should correct this post in saying that I meant that I DID NOT exchange fluids.
