A line of Red expose skin tissue

Last night while I was sleeping, I noticed a spot or a bump between my right leg and right testicle, near the fold, there seemed to be a red line of exposed inner skin.  It hurts and when I touch it it hurts even more, on the side I also noticed a bump.  The red line is about 10-20 mm long.  It seemed like an open sore.  It seemed like I've been rubbing it and now the inner skin is exposed, I don't think I rubbed it in anyway.  I first noticed it yesterday while work but didn't really look at it until now.

Before this I also noticed a bump on top of my penis on the base on top of my shaft.  It seemed like it exploded and now it's a white scar, I didn't noticed any puss or anything.

Anybody have any idea?

You wouldn't get anything that way.

You just really need to see your doc for this.

I got used to have a friend, and he calls hookers.  There was a few occasions where he used my restroom without flushing the toilet, that just tells me he didn't used my restroom for peeing or dumping.  It has been a while, but now that I think back I noticed that my face towel had some blood stain on it and I'm pretty sure it wasn't my blood stain.  I'm pretty sure it was his.  Now my question, is can he infect me with anything if I sued the same stain face towel.  I used it because I didn't think about it at the time.

During that time now that I think back, I noticed some face rash.  It could from something else but I'm just trying to rule it out.

What do you think?

I would get this checked out.  It doesn't sound like herpes, but the red line makes me think some kind of bacterial infection.  You'll want to get this checked sooner rather than later.
