A risk for HIV or STD? Help please... this gave me anxiety (read details)

Hello Doctors. i am 17 years old, virgin. is it possible for me to contract hiv/std from receiving oral? i received an oral 2 years ago with my ex, we've done it three times, i have only ejaculated in her mouth once(i have also fingered her 2-3 times and masturbated 15- 30 minutes after it as i have to walk home) ive done some research and it said it is possible if she has an blood on her mouth (which i didnt see or know) i also cant remember if i had any open wounds on my penis that time. either way, the chance is extremely low (idk with open wounds or blood). after 2 years, i didnt get any symptoms, though last tuesday. i saw some bumps on the sides of the frenulum. it is most like to be a pearly penile papules (it looks like i have it from the corona of my penis as well) from what i can see. it does not itch or hurt. it got me so paranoid that i checked my whole penis. i saw some bumps that i can only see if i spread the skin of my dick (under frenulum -im circumsized-). it does not feel like a bump though, i can only feel them when i spread the skin and if i dont, it just feels like the skin. not sure if its the one that itch, though the itchyness seems to be on normal level. never cause me an irritation whatsoever. in 2 years time i didnt get any symptoms of HIV, though i am paranoid as it is apparently asymptomatic. i am so frustrated now as i might have HIV... i have booked an appointment to the GP which will be 2 weeks time. and hopefully get a full std test.

worst case scenario = i have HIV/AIDS, Penile or testicular cancer, hepatitis b (the chronic, incurable one that can cause death)
expected = could be just a pearly penile papules on other parts of penis. Genital warts(can someone please give me facts about how genital warts arent dangerous in men? or if they are, is there a treatment?)
unlikely = syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia (from research, symptoms tend to appear within 2-12 months.. i have no symptoms of any of them for 2 years, as far as i know of)
chance (can be least likely) = i am free from any STD, just paranoid.

Oh and since it was 2 years ago, you don't have a STD

If oral was unprotected then you had a low risk for gonorrhea, NGU, herpes, HPv and syphilis. But I would not be concerned.
