A very serious concern, please help

About 4 months ago i had unprotected sex with a new girlfriend. She later (after the deed) informed me that her ex has been with alot of girls and she hasn't been tested after her relationship with him. I waited 2 weeks and went to the std clinic just to be safe and they tested for just about everything but herpes. All the results came back negative. A couple days later i noticed the meatus of my penis is enlarged and raised form the bottom up. The "lips" look swollen and the area underneath is alot more red then normal. Also if i spread the skin under the meatus i notice an extremely small dot or bump. It fades in to the meatus skin if not stretched. However ive never noticed this before. There is no pain so i ignored it. However 5 months have passed and my meatus still looks inf lammed and does not look how it used to look 6 months ago before the encounter. Please help as i do not make enough money to afford a doctors office visit at this time.

I think prostatitis is a good guess, what with the changes in semen, etc.

If you don't have insurance, you should call your local health dept and ask what services they offer to those who don't have insurance.

There is and thats where i went after the two weeks to get tested. I am 23 years old circumcised.  I assume they didn't test for herpes because i didn't have any physical symptoms. When i ejaculate i have also noticed it is thicker then normal and i belive i am producing less. I have read that this isnt a symptom of anything, how ever they went hand in hand with the time period of the swollen meatus. I thought it was nothing, but after 4 months i am positive it must be an infection or something bacterial, possibly prostatitis? I'm just not sure and want it to return to normal.

You were negative for everything except herpes, and you didn't test for that.  Herpes wouldn't cause this symptom.

I don't know where you are, but is there an std clinic near you?
