ARS, STD

I had a protected encounter, first one was protected for sure, 2nd 1 was protected but because of the symtoms that I have been experiencing in the past 1 month I am not sure whether it was damaged or not. 2 weeks after the encounter I developed painful rashes/boils on the right side of my neck. I also had painful boils in my arm pit & this was after visiting the barber shop & getting the hair cleaned off. After few more days I had mild pain on left side on a bone & developed 2  lessions on my penis (no burning but it was painful). Max recorded fever ~99.2 (till date, in 12 weeks)
I visited the dermatologist + venerologist who said that since 10 days had passed it was difficult to ascertain whether it was fungal or viral or something else. He gave me candid cream & vitamin b12. I also had itchy rashes on my chest for which he prescribed me Metrogel
I visited him after 3 weeks (exactly after 5 weeks of the encounter) he said i was clinically ok.
2 weeks later ie 8 weeks after the encounter I experienced blistering pain on my inner thigh & back of the knee(became red). Suspecting this to be pain or swelling in the lymph nodes, I consulted the doc again & also a physician. They did not find anything swollen Tendons at the back of the knee became red & slightly swollen. I started tweaking my neck muscles very easily with swelling. I also realize that there are 2 small lymph nodes swollen not visible through naked eye, not growing in size also feel 2-3 more lymph node under the jaw close to the chin I also felt burning & pain on my left elbow - same place where there are nodes I felt something moving  for 1 day i also had swelling at the back of my head- at center where the hairline starts, it subsided after 1 day & the pain also went away on its own
Sir what could this be? ARS/HIV or allergy/ some other infection

Welcome to our Forum.  Nothing you describe raises concerns about HIV for me.  You say nothing about your partners but unless you know they had HIV, odds are they did not have HIV. Further, the rashes and associated problems you describe bear no resemblance to the ARS or manifestations of other STDs.

The encounters you describe were condom protected. If you put the condom on before beginning to have sex, kept it on throughout, and it appeared intact when sex was complete, then your condom almost certainly worked. When condoms fail, they break side open leaving no doubt about failure.

Rashes and boils of the sort you describe are not suggest of STDs or HIV.  It could be a dermatological problem with systemic manifestations or it could be a manifestation of some other systemic illness.  If these problems are continuing an bother you, I think you need to be evaluated by a good internist or dermatologist. they may need to evaluate you on more than one occasion to get things sorted out.

I hope my comments provide some direction. The timing of this related to your recent sexual encounters is most probably a coincidence.  EWH

When I wrote "...your condom almost certainly worked."  I was trying to say " there is no doubt that the condom (did not) fail(ed).? "  sometimes when I am typing redundant answers I go a bit too fast.

Your additonal symptoms do not change my additonal advice either. As I said- "I think you need to be evaluated by a good internist or dermatologist. they may need to evaluate you on more than one occasion to get things sorted out.

I hope my comments provide some direction. The timing of this related to your recent sexual encounters is most probably a coincidence."  EWH

Ok Sir, Thanks for your advice I will again check with the dermatologist

Shall I read  i.e. there is no doubt that the condom failed. =  i.e. there is no doubt that the condom (did not) fail(ed).?

My last input is that since all this started, till date, i have red bumps on the tip my tongue & for few days had bitter mouth as well. I also feel sticky tongue as if something had got stuck in my tongue. Rashes were also on my hip/but & looked reddish yellow

I guess I have shared everything with you so no more queries.

Thanks for your advice & Look forward to your comment on the above

Sorry about the type. I meant wide open, not side open, i.e. there is no doubt that the condom failed.

My comments about your pain have elreay been made-  they too " ...could be a dermatological problem with systemic manifestations or it could be a manifestation of some other systemic illness."  My recommendations are unchanged.  EWH

Sir,

Thanks for your response.
I am not sure about the partner, it was casual. She claims that she is disease free but the kind of mental agony that I am going through, i cannot believe anyone. I assume by side open you mean that I would have seen my bare penis. Any comments on the pain that I am experiencing esp blistering in nature possibly in veins as nodes have not been found by docs, swelling of nodes at neck & more so tissue getting settled on the neck after tweaking of muscle, pain in the elbow again where nodes are located.

Seeing lymph node symptoms my physician had done CBC to check lymphocyte & leukocyte & that came out to be normal.

I am also experiencing tingling feeling on hands & feet with needle like pain on fingers in hands & feet.

Regards
