ARS Symptom + STD?

Where to begin....? I'm a male that had anal(I was top)/oral (receptive and giving) sex with another male. Condom broke and he "reassured" that it barely. A couple days later I ask for his status., he said he was Std free. 6 days later I feel a little nausea, 8 days later I get a fever and sore throat, the following day the sore throat disappears. The fever still lingering and nausea get worse. 12 days later I have slight watery stool (border line diarrhea). The guy I was with then tells me that he is HIV+!!!! But his viral load is "low". Complete BS to me. I'm may report him but that's another story.  To me they sound like ars symptoms. Even if there was no transmission through anal i fear of oral transmission. I gave oral sex and my concern is that it entered my blood stream via my temporary crowns. I have one more addition to symptoms. I have this weird pain in my penis. Clearly that's not a good sign. Its doesn't hurt when I pee/ejaculate... but after I have a sensation. I think there's an irritation of some sort in my urethra. *Sigh*. Makes me less optimistic. My mind i just all over the place...

Im sure that there is irritation of some sort but there is no discharge, which is a  good sign i guess... but thank you everyone for your optimism. Now I'll just wait a couple weeks to take the test. And then I'll take another. I'll keep you guys posted.

I agree with Vance.   I have convinced myself that I have HIV several times and I always got these same symptoms.  Went and got tested SEVERAL times they were always negative.   I have also convinced myself a time or two that I have herpes.   Which I went to the doctor got that checked out.  And it was a cut from my razor.  I have horrible anxiety and "googlitis"  The mind is a very powerful thing. And in my experience the Internet is not always a good thing.   I know it's scary to go get checked but in the end you will feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.   Goodluck.

Sounds more like irritation and/or anxiety then a STD.
